A shipment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided (with a tracking number, if applicable). shipping offered to united states addresses only.

westleyaustin.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please email info@westleyaustin.com and we can help you get in contact with USPS to file a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WESTLEY AUSTIN accepts returns requests for up to 14 days after receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order. 

To request a return form, please contact returns@westleyaustin.com. We do not offer return shipping. 

Returned merchandise must have all original tags attached and must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed. Upon receipt of returned goods, WESTLEY AUSTIN reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
